Description
BMI is seeking energetic, dedicated and creative current college or university students to join our team as paid Interns this summer.
POSITION SUMMARY: The internship in the creative department would allow the intern the opportunity to learn about every aspect of a PRO -- how to engage with our affiliates and licensees, the primary function of each department, and how to properly plan and execute each aspect of small to large scale events.

FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
- Assisting with daily tasks within the department including assisting Creative Reps and Admin staff with basic functions.
- Managing guest lists and invite links
- Researching event production needs and communicating with production staff
- Advancing local showcases
- Reviewing and revising promotional materials
Education:
- Pursuing a B.B.A, B.A. or B.S. in a field of study relative to Music or Entertainment Business
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as an undergraduate student
- Must be - by credit - a Junior or Senior
- Must return to school in the Summer or Fall of 2020
- Has a working knowledge of the entertainment and music industries
- Possess strong organizational qualities
- Is a self-starter and highly motivated individual
- Experience working with a team on a project from concept to execution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
